Hi Tristanians!Ü i've gained weight since early last yr. from 115lbs ngayon 125lbs na ako... nag enroll ako sa gym (won't say the f***in' name of the gym) pero nagkasakit ako and had to stop it... so Ngayon diet ako, exercise at swimming pero hindi ko sya magawa palagi dahil may work din ako... hingi lang sana ako ng advice at suggestions. sa tingin nyo ba effective ang SLENDA at meron po ba kayo masa-suggest na diet? ang problem areas ko po ay Braso at Tiyan.
