Looking for a User Experience (UX) Designer with passion and talent on developing beautiful and engaging online user experiences. Must have brilliant design skills and well-versed on information architecture and interactive development. This is a contract and remote work position which will be compensated on a per hour basis.

Duties and responsibilities:
* Create detailed design specifications that are cross-browser compatible using standards compliant markup.
* Provides critical input and design recommendations during design development.
* Testing stages to ensure all design and information architecture requirements are implemented appropriately.
* Research and develops leading edge design solutions.
* Plans and conducts research with users and usability testing.

Qualifications:
* Bachelors Degree or equivalent related experience.
* 2+ years of UX experience.
* Must have a strong understanding in user experience design and development.
* Must possess an exceptional communication and presentation skills and work ethics.
* Must be detail oriented with experience at managing various projects and competing deadlines.
* Must be a self-starter and has the ability to anticipate issues and exercise good judgment skills.
* Must have the ability to make designs cross-browser compatible using industry standards.
* Must have experience in planning and conducting user testing on prototypes and end products.
* Must be aware of current trends in web and UX design.
